We've received another update on the progress of the WWII Monument. Inner, structural construction is nearing completion and next to come: aesthetics.

The structural skeleton is going to be covered with four "shells" that will combine to create the entire globe. The ocean on the new monument will be a bright copper gold and if you watch the video below, you can see how the planning of the continents is underway.
We believe that incredible things can come from the involvement of our community, the residences of Chatham County, and the families and friends of our beloved WWII Veterans. Please donate to the WWII Monument Fund and to help support the construction of Chatham County's own WWII Monument.
